Vibrary heter ett nytt AI-verktyg som hjälper till att klassificera ljud och musik utifrån olika kriterier. Vibrary är helt open source, och riktar in sig mot producenter, kompositörer, musiker som kan träna AI-n att klassificera musik och ljud utifrån sin egen situation.

Syftet är underlätta för musikskapare att mer effektivt kunna hitta såväl ljud som loopar att använda i sin musik.

Bakom verktyget står mjukvaruföretaget Art+Logic som under trettio års tid tagit fram olika tekniska lösningar för stora verksamheter som NASA, General Electric, Google, Apple och Intel.

Jason Bagley, ansvarig utvecklare av Vibrary, säger:

– Data scientists have to be careful in creating their data set. If you’re a producer, you don’t think like a data scientist. You may not get why your data are causing model prediction errors. We had to guide end users toward data and approaches that are helpful to them. We did a good job of making this difficult step as simple as it could be.
